DO'S & DONT'S
buying any form of commission from me, wether it be art or design, means you are aware and have agreed to my terms of service.i am able to decline any commission for whatever reason, whether it is explained or not.
art is not a neccesity.i am allowed to use any and all art as examples in a portfolio or elsewhere.--------------------------------------------------------i have some things to buy on my ko-fi, though there are still plenty of things that need to be added.
im very much open to doing other types of commissions that arent listed on my ko-fi! prices with those can be negotiated if its experimental and/or too pricey seeming to you.
GENERAL
PAYMENT
full payment dosnt need to be upfront, but atleast part of the pay should be sent after the sketching phase of the illustration.
if this isnt possible for any reason, youll be put on pause untill it is sent.
i price my work with euros. if i am not sent the right amount of euros i will ask for it to be corrected before i send the finished/clear piece.
please try to make sure youre either sending me euros or convert your currency to fit the amount of [X] euros.
as of currently, i am unable to do refunds.
ORDER TIME
ORDER TIME
the amount of time a commission can take heavily depends on the type of order, how many other orders there are before yours and in general and some more personal things such as if its during the weekend, holidays, working days and more.
on avarage, an order can be finished within the next few days of ordering, or it could take up to a month. whatever it may be, youre always allowed to ask about the progress and how much time i think itll take.
due to personal things, commissions can sometimes take longer than expected. in those cases, i ask you to please be patient with me, im only human afterall. :-)
USAGE
my commissions are meant to be used for personal use only, meaning things such as using it for company mascots, merchandise, company site decor and anything similiar involving making a profit off of it is not allowed.
im generally uncomfortable with my work being used for profit, but this will be reconsidered once i am atleast 18 years old.
using my work as profile pictures, banners, emojis or anything similiar for personal accounts or servers is very much fine with me!
crediting, while preffered, me isnt necessary as long as you do not claim my art to be yours.
ART
CHANGES
prices can increase if major changes that will take extra work are requested later on.
anything in the sketching stage will likely be free, so please be sure to let me know what you want!
CHARACTER COMPLEXITY & PRICING
prices for illustrations can increase depending on character complexity.
pricing of my illustrations is the cheapest base price. characters with many colors, detailed patterns on clothing or fur and anything similiar that is considered complex design-wise is likely to raise the price, even if it does so by just a bit.
complexity of details in backgrounds, foregrounds, shading, rendering, effects and such will also add to the prices.
my prices can be negotiated in rare cases if they seem unfairly high.
dont forget that art isnt a neccesity, if im too expensive, please find another artist.
SPECIES
when commissioning a/an open/semi-open/semi-closed/closed species, linking a species refrences, so i can make sure i dont get things wrong, while not mandatory, would be preffered.
for extremely popular and known species, such as protogen/primagen, kittydogs and similiar, it isnt needed as much as it is with lesser known species such as, for example, magii or other.
for species from a video game and/or show, the same rule follows! while not mandatory, itd be preffered to get an image of the species itself for refrence.
EDITS AND SIMILIAR
i can do multiple versions of an artwork for ~20%-70% its price depending on complexity and changes.
multiple version traits include color tweaking, detail changes, shading tweaking, effect changes and similiar. changing position or form of elements are on the side of the more pricey changes.
editing my artwork to contain themes of offensive or problematic culture, symbols, colors or anything else is not allowed, and if done once youll be blacklisted.
i will not write slurs or draw refrences to sensitive topics, problematic things and similiar in commissions, even if i do so in a few pieces of my personal and/or joke art work.
simple, self indulgent edits such as color changing, effect adding and similiar for banners, headers, profile pictures on any social platform is okay!
editing my work and using it as recourses, visual snippets and similiar is okay, as long as you give credit to me when asked.
ANIMATION (FBF & TWEENED)
as of currently, these are mainly experimental and therefore have no final and set prices.
this means that prices can vary heavily depending on details such as desired animation style, framerate, details, scenery, ect.

DESIGN COMMISSIONS & GENERAL DESIGNS

price heavily depends on things such as wether it is anthro or feral, amount of colors, theming, detail complexity and more.*
designs bought from me or obtained from me directly in any other way have a one week cool-down unless we talked and made an exception for any reason.
DESIGN EDITS
you can change the design to fit to your liking more, as long as im credited as the original designer.
changing a species of my designs, wether it be a open or closed one, or making alternative design versions, is totally fine aswell!
OWNERSHIP
you can trade or resell my designs!
if resold, only raise the price if it has additional art that has been prized by the artist.
if traded away, make sure youre happy with your trade :3
wherever my designs may go, their toyhouse profile will need to stay available, even if its privated. if privated, keep me authorized so im able to keep track of my designs.
you can co-own my designs!
please notify me when/if you decide to co-own a design with someone.
when co-owning a design, make sure it is with someone you trust, as i will not get involved with details of it and will not help with any ownership disagreements and similiar.
USAGE
you can use my designs for personal projects, special characters, roleplaying, world building and anything similiar to that!
once a design is yours, you can use it for whatever you may want.
and while i cant do anything to stop you, i ask you to not use my designs for anything innapropiate.
